Body heat is also called heat stress, and this is one of the common health hazard nowadays, it also occurs often and often during summer period. There is disorderliness when the body is trying to cool itself, and this may leads to many health hazards such as heat cramps, pimples, nausea, dizziness and rashes and damages the internal organs.

Working or exercising right under the direct exposure of sun particular at the tropics, working outside in a very hot weather can increase the potential of contacting body heat. Body heat maintenance is very necessary and important
Ways to avoid Body Heat
·         Stay away from eating spicy/fried food: Avoid eating hot food, spicy food and also stay away from fried and fatty foods. Because this contains junks and promotes body heat.
·         Staying hydrated: Hydration is very important, because water tend to flush out the toxins in the body and makes the body stay cool. Fruits like cucumber and water melons which have much water in their content are very good hydrating agent because they tend to keep you cool and prevent you from body heat
·         Minimize the intake of sodium: Adopt a lifestyle of taking small sodium in diet and increase your pleasure for sesame & corn oil, you can as well go for coconut or olive oil with almond also.
·         Avoid drinking and smoking: Minimize your desire for drinking alcohol and smoking caffeine, this tends to help you in beating body heat.
·         Avoid some food: Diet like Nuts are very crucial agents that promote body temperature. So thereby changing your diet from nuts to a large of vegetable food and also minimize the rate at which you eat red meat.
Solutions to Body Heat
If eventually you are already suffering from body heat, here are some tips that will surely help you
·         Cultivate the habit of drinking a glass cup of freshly made pomegranate juice mixed together with drops of almost oil, when you wake up in the morning.
·         Another simple way of reducing body heat is by eating fenugreek seed. One teaspoon even morning as well.
·         Apply paste of cold milk and sandalwood on the best and forehead. This has immediate effect in cooling the skin and body.
·         Putting honey inside cold milk every day is another of avoiding body heat
·         Regular soaking of feet in a basin that consist of cool water minimizes body heat
·         Eating poppy seeds (one handful) before going to bed helps the body to stay cool throughout the night and thereby preventing the body against Body heat
Body heat is very threatening, but you can come against its implication concerning your health. Please don’t take with levity hand when you see the symptoms, alteration in your lifestyle and diet can make changes.
