Body
odour and sweating are not issues that majority of human counts on. But can be
prevented easily using deodorants, cool temperatures and antiperspirants. Majority
of people experience excessive sweating. This particular sweating is different
from the normal sweating that do occur after exercise or working in a very hot
weather condition. Body odour and sweating are sources of disgrace to people
facing this problem, because they tend to remain at their respective homes so
as to evade embarrassment and disgrace.
One
of the easiest ways to fight against this disgraceful issue to avoid wearing
synthetic fabrics. Polyester is a significant trouble for individuals suffering
from body odour or sweating. Synthetic fabrics prevent skin from breathing. As
it hinders air from getting to the skin, and this makes the skin to sweat
profusely in the name trying to cool itself down. Excessive sweating makes the
level of body odour to rise and this is embarrassing. Even synthetic fabric is
tedious to clean.
Ensure
that the clothes you put on are a little bit loose and it doesn’t compose of
synthetic fabrics. Develop a habit of changing clothes often and often if you
are suffering from excessive body odour. Even changing clothes regularly can reduce
body odour to some extent. The odour on your body is a result of the sweat that
is on what you put on.
Clothing
materials that are already soaked with your sweat can be sticky, wet or even
icky feeling. And which is uncomfortable. So why are you stressing yourself
wearing those clothing materials when you didn’t need it? Changing of cloth
handy all the times is the maximum way to reduces sweats and body odour to zero
level every blessed day.
If
excessive sweating is your problem, you can help yourself by putting on very
loose cloth that is compose of breathable material. Cotton is the best so far
because the fibres are well ventilated and ensures that air circulate your
body/skin. Break the habit of putting on very tight clothes because this tends
to increase sweating and worsen your problem. Try as well as putting on loose
clothes that will ensure that your skin breathe and maintain cool temperature.
Wearing baggy clothes is not the best option anyway, but just put on clothes
that are a little bit loose that will allow air to reach and circulate your
skin.
You
can give other medications that you know it will help your situation a trier,
and you can also visit a doctor for other consultation. Try to engage in
research and experimenting so as to overcome this and live a normal life.
